This year we will be doing a Flowerpot Fall Decoration Contest. We would like to give 24 residents the opportunity to show thier talent to thier neighbors in the community.
Stop by the leasing office between September 8th-10th to get your flowerpot. Pots will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. After you are done decorating simply return your pot to the leasing office.
All decorated pots must be back by September 22, 2020. Decorated pots will be judged and the first place will recieve $100 off October's rent, Second place will recieve $50 off and third place will recieve $25 off.
All pots will be displayed by management in assigned areas for your enjoyment!
