Pets (dog or cat) are permitted with a non-negotiable maximum of two (2) per apartment. However, the following breeds are not permitted: Pit Bulls (aka Staffordshire Terriers), Dobermans, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Presa Canarios, Sharpeis, Akitas, Wolf-Hybrids, St. Bernards, Bull Mastiffs, Great Danes or any other breeds in combination of stated breeds.
Resident must provide Forest Meadows Apartment Homes with copies of the following documents as they pertain to your pet PRIOR to receiving the keys to your apartment home:
1. Veterinary certificate indicating your pet(s)
- Breed
- Weight (adult weight to not exceed 75lbs.)
- Certification of required shots
- Certification that the pet has been spayed/neutered
2. Renter's insurance documentation, which includes General Liability coverage in an amount not less than $300,000* is highly recommended
3. Current copy of license*
4. Dogs and cats allowed
