I am currently going to school to get my masters degree and I needed a place that was affordable and nice. I saw Forest Meadows Apartments online and decided to schedule a tour. I first spoke with Sandy and she was very willing to show an apartment and answer any questions I might have. Every time I called she was always very polite and very nice. I took multiple tours of the model apartment and Sandy and Lukas were so nice and knowledgeable about the apartment complex, and were very willing to answer any and all of my questions. I just moved in recently, and everything was very organized. My apartment had been cleaned before my move in date and Lukas walked through my apartment with me to make sure that everything was in tiptop shape! The customer service is great and I am very glad I chose Forest Meadows Apartments!

I have lived in Forest Meadows just over a month now and have enjoyed living here thus far. They helped make the move from Columbus to here as smooth as possible by having my apartment ready ahead of schedule and handling a few of the problems that came up as I moved, in a timely manner. The employees in the office have been there to help with every question I have had, and they continue to make the transition to a new city enjoyable. The apartment has more than enough room, the appliances work great and it is a very pet friendly environment. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a friendly living environment with employees who truly care about you, your family and your pets!

The maintenance staff is quick to fix any problems in the apartment. Also, the apartment is spacious, quiet and cool in the summertime. Finally, it's great to have a pool to swim in the summer when the days are so hot.

When we first moved here it was off the beaten path aways, not exactly the ideal location for us when we both worked north of Medina. Sandy Ferguson sat down with us and explained the facilities, with the amenities and everything that Forest Meaodws had to offer. We were pretty excited. Then she showed us what the suite looked like. From that moment on we absolutely were in love with everything in our new home: the in-suite laundry, the gas fireplace, heated swimming pool, renovated fitness center, and the community room that we've used for birthday parties. Even the way our dog was welcomed - there are waste stations conveniently located throughout the property, and they even keep doggie treats in the office for when residents bring their dogs by to say hello. The office staff is always pleasant and courteous, and the maintenance crew too! We look forward to another wonderful year at Forest Meadows, and thank the staff for making our family so happy in our home.

I love living at Forest Meadows Apartments because, as a single woman, I feel safe living in a second story apartment with a buzzer entry. It is also walking and biking distance from all the shopping you would need.

The community at Forest Meadows Apartments has a very nice, even charming, staff. The maintenance crew fixes any issues you might have in a jiffy, and the landscaping they have done this summer is just beautiful. The office team is fantastic as well, so friendly and welcoming. The apartments have a wonderful layout, very comfortable and spacious. What is terrific is the fact that the community looks like a village by itself. Forest Meadows is within walking distance of a wide variety of shopping, restaurants, and the cinema. Every day you can see the lovely things that are being done in the community. I made Forest Meadows my home nine years ago, and not a day goes by that I'm not glad I did. If you don't believe me, come see for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

My family has lived here for over two years, and in that time Forest Meadows has made our lives a bit easier. It's winter here now and they plow the apartments, something that other apartments we have lived at have not bothered to do. When something breaks due to normal use, the maintenance department fixes them. The office seems to genuinely want to help if there is an issue and more than once has worked with us to make sure things remain good here.

I had lived in a few apartments prior to moving to Forest Meadows and by far they were the best. Whenever I had issues (which were very few) they were there to take care of it. Based on my past experiences with apartments, I was very surprised at how fast they handled things. The maintenance staff and office staff were very professional and helpful. The grounds were kept clean at all times and the amenities were also an added bonus (fitness center, community room, and an in-ground swimming pool) I lived in a 2-bedroom, 1-bath that was very spacious. They also had the convenience of paying your rent online which worked out great for me and they have washers and dryers in the apartment for you already. Great place to live! Convenient and right around the corner from everything you may need in regards to shopping and eating. There are plenty of shopping and places to dine very close by the apartments.

I have lived at Forest Meadows Apartment Homes for over a year and have really enjoyed being here. The size of the apartment is perfect for my needs and also being able to have my dog live with me is a big plus. The staff has always been helpful and courteous starting from when I first toured the property. The maintenance guys have also been very helpful and timely especially John who has been very responsive in taking care of the work orders that I have requested.

I have lived at Forest Meadows for over 2 years and am very happy I chose to call this home. The office staff is very helpful, polite and a professional group that is always willing to help. The maintenance staff has always addressed issues promptly and corrected them in a timely fashion. The pool and green space on the property is a blessing to have and they always look great. The entire property is well taken care of and one can tell that a lot of hard work and care is taken to make this place a great apartment community to be a part of.
