Pool Rules And Policies

Summer is approaching us, the pool is going to be opening soon! Below is a reminder of our pool rules and policies to follow.

1. No lifeguard is on duty. Use of the pool is at your own risk. The pool hours are 10am to 9pm. 

2. The swimming pool is for the use of Forest Meadows residents and their invited guests only. You may have guests, however, ONLY TWO GUESTS PER SUITE PERMITTED AT ONE TIME.

3. All guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times. Random checks will be conducted throughout the pool season to assure that this is being followed. Residents are reminded that they are responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times.

4. No glass, alcohol, pets or certain types of “pool toys” are allowed in the pool or surrounding areas.

5. Smoking in or around the pool is not permitted. You must leave the fenced area to smoke and you are not permitted to throw cigarette butts on the ground.

6. No children under the age of 16 years of age are permitted in the pool or the surrounding area unless accompanied by a parent. No infants/children in diapers will be allowed in the pool.

7.) No boisterous or rough play is allowed in the pool or the surrounding area.

8. Attire will conform to full conventional swimming suits. No cut-offs or thongs allowed.

9. No wet swimming suits will be allowed in the office or the clubhouse. Shirts/cover ups and shoes must be worn in these areas.

10. Any violations of these rules will result in: First, being asked to leave the pool and not to return for that day. Second, will be the loss of your pool privileges for that season.

11. Swimming pool hours are 10am to 9pm. IMPORTANT: The pool is locked promptly at 9pm.
